Why award-winning gospel group Kelele Takatifu has split

Kenyan gospel group Kelele Takatifu has split. The group which comprises Didi and Moji Shortbabaa will see either of the two produce solo music.

Moji says he and Didi have gone separate ways so that each of them can grow their individual music careers.

When eDaily reached Moji for comment, he said: “We have grown as individuals and we felt it was time to develop our solo careers, even as God leads.”

Kelele Takatifu is famed for hit songs such as Ngori, Bamba Mbaya, Aina Noma among others.
