State House spokesperson Kanze Dena last weekend joined power couple Rashid Abdalla and Lulu Hassan in a party celebrating the pair’s daughter, who turned 40-days-old.
The soiree was held at the couple’s home in Nairobi.
Besides Ms Dena, others who attended the party include Citizen TV reporter Faiza Maganga, Inooro TV presenter Muthoni wa Mukiri, Citizen TV director Monica Kiragu, former Citizen TV reporters Anne Mawathe, Mercy Kandie, Esther Kahumbi [who are all at BBC now], Wilkister Nyabwa, among others.
Lulu Hassan, a mother of three, is on maternity leave, and she is expected to return to work in early January, 2019.
Muslims, according to religious practice, often celebrate a baby, when he or she turns 40-days-old in the world.
