Kiminini legislator, Chris Wamalwa, proved that he can ‘get down’ on Saturday when he led a circumcision ceremony procession in Bungoma County.
After addressing a mammoth crowd, he praised the community’s culture, reminding the gathering that they should not forcefully circumcise people.
“The government knows about our traditions and therefore we should not force anyone outside the community to cut.” The legislator said before breaking down to a chant then a dance.
After concluding his remarks, the MP broke into dance as the throng to the site of the ceremony. Excited, the crowd cheered him on.
