Kenya’s legendary Hip-Hop group Ukoo Flani are set perform in darkness on their first public appearance penciled in for April 28.
The group will hit the stage in a dark auditorium with lights out both on the audience and the stage. The event will take place at the Louis Leakey Auditorium, National Museums of Kenya on Saturday, April 28 at 5pm. This will be the group’s first concert after a decade.
The “Kilio Cha Haki” rappers recently inked a deal with an organization that works with the disabled.
The deal will see the group participate in the organization’s activities, including a concert dubbed “Concert in the Dark 2018” to be held on April 28 to raise funds for prevention of childhood blindness.
Others who will perform at the event include Crystal Asige and gospel artiste Denno.
