Stop using our music without authorization- Donald Trump told

The family of celebrated British musician George Harrison’s has slammed republican nominee Donald Trump for using the late singer’s music during the Thursday Republican Congress without authorization.

Harrison’s family bashed Trump on Social media Thursday July 22 for using the song Here Comes the Sun during the introduction of the politician’s daughter Ivanka- without their consent.

“The unauthorized use of #HereComestheSun at the #RNCinCLE is offensive and against the wishes of the George Harrison estate,” the estate posted on twitter late Thursday, as the Republican National Congress wrapped up in Cleveland

Another English singer, Paul Rodgers, also complained about the use of his music at the Republican’s convention in Cleveleland.

Rodgers posted, “Permission to use All Right Now was never sought for or granted by me. My lawyer is dealing with this matter.”

The two join a list of celebrated musicians who feel offended with Trump’s use of their tracks..

Others musicians who have spoken out against politician’s musical choices include Queen who recently slammed the nominee for using We Are the Champions without authorization, and the Rolling Stones, R.E.M, Aerosmith’s Steven Tyler and Adele –  all whom have requested that he stop using their songs throughout the campaign.

Donald Trump was officially nominated as the Republican Party flag bearer on July 19 after a landslide victory.
