The funeral of a Trinidad and Tobago business mogul, who was shot dead last Monday April 2, was full of highlight moments, when he was put into a casket while wearing gold necklaces, wrist watch and rings.
Sheron Sukhdeo, a popular real estate owner and a used car dealer, was shot multiple times outside his relative’s home by unknown assailants, who sped off after killing him.
Sukhdeo was preserved in a casket, whose price is said to be Ksh5 million.
On his funeral day, Sukhdeo’s body was dressed in full white attire. Around his neck, were his thick, heavy-gold chains with massive medallions and other large pendants reaching down to his waist. His family also placed a pair of Timberland boots in the coffin. All the jewelry in Sukhdeo’s casket were estimated to be more than Ksh10 million.
Sukhdeo’s late father, who was a flashy businessman, was also sent off in a similar manner.
