Kenyan rapper Colonel Moustapha was on Sunday, August 27 involved in a road accident at Mlolongo, Machakos County, which left him with head, arm and knee injuries.
Moustapha, who had on Saturday night headlined a show at I Seven night club in Kahawa West, had, in the company of two other men, gone to Mlolongo to revel.
“After performing at I Seven night club on Saturday, two of my friends and I drove to an entertainment joint in Mlolongo, where we watched the Floyd Mayweather versus Conor McGregor fight. We left the Mlolongo entertainment joint around 7am; and drove to another social joint, where we reveled for a few hours. After reveling, we embarked on a journey to the city, when the accident happened. The car lost control and careened off the road, rolling several times. I sustained head, knee and arm injuries. I was the one driving, when the accident occurred,” Moustapha told eDaily.
“I was taken to Nairobi Hospital, where I was treated and discharged on Sunday. My other colleagues sustained arm injuries. We thank God we came out of the accident alive.”
