Model and video vixen Hamisa Mobeto has been taking Tanzanian nationals in circles where the identity of her baby daddy is concerned. While she has not out-rightly said that top musician and president of Wasafi Records Diamond Platnumz is the father of her baby, she seems to be alluding to it.
Recently, she changed her newborn son’s Instagram name to Abdul Naseeb. Abdul Naseeb is the birth name of Diamond Platnumz.
In an interview with Clouds TV, Diamond’s biological father, whose name is also Abdul Naseeb, asked Diamond Platnumz to marry both Hamisa and Zari Hassan, and do right by both of them as mothers of his children.
He said he does not exactly blame Diamond for what has happened (he is convinced Miss Mobeto’s son is Diamond’s), because he is a sought-after celebrity and temptations surround him. This he said despite the fact that he, allegedly, has not met any of Diamond’s children yet.
Diamond on the other hand has flat-out refused to acknowledge Mobeto’s son, insisting that he did not sire the baby.
After Hamisa changed her son’s name to his, he Tweeted rather explosively: “[Expletive] is dying for fame.” Most people assumed that the tweet was directed at the model.
On the other hand, Diamond’s mother, Sanura ‘Sandra’ Kassim, remained tight-lipped over the matter. Asked whether the child was Diamond’s; and if that is the reason she was on friendly terms with the model, Sandra said that she was a friend to everybody and that she did not want to come across as a gossip peddler by speaking about other people behind their backs.
Diamond’s partner, Ugandan businesswoman Zari Hassan, has fallen out with Hamisa a number of times. She, at one time, insisted that the model had her eyes on her husband, accusations that Hamisa vehemently denied back then.
