Reality Tv super-diva, Kim Kardashian and 21-time Grammy-winning rapper, Kanye West sell their customized Bel-Air Mansion in a hugely publicized, off-market deal valued at $ 17.8 million (Ksh 1.8 billion).
The American couples renovated every inch of their luxurious mansion into a pristine palace, all white, a look of the heavenly mansion.
According to TMZ report… they stripped the place down to the studs and rebuilt it as a modern, minimalist home.
The 9,000 square foot home has six bedrooms, eight bathrooms, and an outdoor pool, marble floors, massive glass doors and automatic windows.
The couple purchased the property in early 2013 for $9 million (Ksh 931.7 million) and spent the next two years on a spare no expense renovation.
The buyer was identified by the property gossips at Mansion Global as Marina Acton, a Ukrainian entrepreneur and philanthropist who’s based in the Bay Area but wants to spend more time in Los Angeles to jump-start a singing career.
Kim Kardashian went an extend of giving the new owner of their mansion a ‘personal tour’ of the luxurious house.
“When the new buyer came to see our home, I wanted to be the one to give her a personal tour,” Kim wrote in a new post on her app. “Kanye and I were the designers of the house and we were so involved in every single detail.”
In 2015, the Wests purchased a $20 million, 15,667-square-foot home in Hidden Hills, Los Angeles, which is still under construction.
The likely new home offers a bit more space for their expanding family. The couple has two children, North, 3 and Saint, 1, and another on the way via surrogate.
