The vehicle, Mercedes Benz E220, registration number KBY 831K, was reported missing at Industrial area police station.
Investigations commenced immediately, leading to the recovery of the motor vehicle in Kisumu – now bearing a new registration number, KCH 117L – and the occupant namely Aaron Ochieng an employee of Standard Group.
