Jamie Foxx has denied claims that he slapped a woman on the face with his manhood.
According to Foxx’s accuser, the incident happened in 2002, when the music producer asked her for oral during an Oscar’s party. She rebuffed his advances, and the spurned musician, thereafter, slapped her with his manhood, she said.
The woman says she sought medical attention a day after the incident.
Despite the incident happening in 2002, Jamie Foxx’s accuser only filed a formal complaint recently at the Las Vegas Police Station.
According to TMZ, Jamie Foxx will countersue for defamation.
“Jamie emphatically denies that this incident ever occurred, and he will be filing a report with the Las Vegas Police Department against the woman for filing a false police report against him,” Jamie’s attorney, Allison Hart, told TMZ.
The first time [Jamie] became aware of this woman’s absurd claims about an incident that supposedly occurred 16 years ago was when TMZ contacted his representatives [Tuesday] about this story.
Hart added: “The alleged incident was not reported to law enforcement in 2002, or at any other time in the last 16 years until last Friday because the incident never happened.”
