Radio presenter Alex Mwakideu is mourning the death of his mother.
Mwakideu’s mother passed away on Tuesday.
The Milele FM’s co-host Jalang’o broke the sad news on Instagram Wednesday.
“Good morning. Let us roll. [I am] holding the show together with my brother, Chris. Send your prayers to my boss and brother Alex Mwakideu, who lost his mum last night. [It is a] sad morning, but we thank God,” said Jalang’o in his post.
Mwakideu took to the same platform to express his pain, saying he was “lost for words” following his mother’s death.
“For the first time, I am lost. Totally lost. Totally. I don’t know what to type, what to do, where to start… I am lost. I will miss you mom. I will miss you so much. And I will love you forever. Thank you for being the best mom ever. Rest with the angels,” said the radio host.
The deceased is a mother to Alex Mwakideu, the late Emmy Mwakideu, Duncan Mshilla, Hammerton Mshilla, Addison Mshilla (late), Charles Mshilla, Jane Mwakideu, Rozinah Mwakideu, Justus Mwakideu.
Alex Mwakideu’s sister, Emmy, succumbed to cancer on January 11, 2019.
